Diet Plans That Work Fast For Women

When you are on a diet, you want to lose the weight yesterday, but weight loss is usually a slow process. If you run into a situation where you have an event, or are seeing someone from the past, there are a few diet plans that work fast for women. These plans will drop weight off of you quickly, but are not long term solutions.

One of the best ways to drop weight quickly is to go on a cleanse or detox diet. You will need to start eating normally again in a few days, but it can make the difference between fitting into a dress or not. Most of these diets involve drinking a certain juice or a mixture of liquids but avoiding solid foods. You will want to drink plenty of water on these diets to keep from becoming dehydrated, and fasting usually lasts between three and seven days.

Other types of diet plans that work fast for women are ones that involve getting rid of water weight. The two most common ways to do this are using diuretic pills that make you urinate frequently, or going to a sauna and sweating the weight out. Again, these are short term solutions, but they can drop between five and ten pounds of weight off in a matter of days.

If you chose to follow any of these diet plans that work fast for women, understand that they are short term, and loosing more weight will require a regular long term diet plan.
